Inclusion of numerous winning judgments from our team in the annual publication of Outstanding Judgments of the SCJ 2018

Numerous judgments obtained by our litigation team led by María Mercedes Gonzalo Garachana have been identified as “Outstanding Judgments” by the Dominican Judicial Documentation and Information Center (CENDIJD) of the Supreme Court of Justice.

This center is the body of the Judicial Branch responsible for the selection, compilation, and publication of legislative, jurisprudential, and doctrinal information of high relevance. This echoes the duty of the Supreme Court of Justice to unify national jurisprudence in order to guarantee an accurate application of the law. Annually, this body publishes a specialized selection of judgments that capture the most important jurisprudential advances achieved annually.
